Joel Riley, owner/principal agent. Joel is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of Slippery Rock University. He has represented Erie since 1992 and has won numerous awards for sale and customer service. Joel believes his job is to educate potential customers on insurance products and to build relationships with his policyholders as he attends to their insurance needs. Joel lives with his wife in the North Hills. He is an avid runner and enjoys traveling.

JoAnn as worked a long side her husband since 1997. She handles all aspects of customer service including changes or questions from current customers as well as processing new customer applications. JoAnn’s goal is to provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable customer service. She is a native of North Carolina and enjoys visiting her children who currently live there. She also enjoys reading and is an avid sports fan.

Kelly moved to Pittsburgh eight years ago from the Harrisburg area and loves living in the Steel City! After graduating from college, she was an account executive for several technology companies. Kelly returned to the workforce after she took time off to focus on raising her three children who now live in PA and NYC. She brings a keen intellect and a desire to provide excellent customer service to her position. She loves reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Emily has lived in the Pittsburgh area her entire life. She has been in the insurance industry for two years and enjoys helping customers protect the things that matter most to them. Emily has a young daughter and spends her time keeping up with a busy toddler. Emily enjoys exploring new places, reading, and spending time with friends and family. She lives in Rural Ridge with her fiancé and two dogs.

Melanie is originally from Johnstown, PA and has called Pittsburgh home for the last 30 years. Melanie graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Social Work. She has worked in the Medical Insurance field for over 20 years. Melanie has always enjoyed helping others and finds customer service at Riley Insurance to be very rewarding. It helps to fulfil her passion to help others in their time of need when unexpected events happen. Melanie enjoys exploring new restaurants in the Pittsburgh area, bike riding along the city river walk and walking around her neighborhood. Melanie lives in the Gibsonia area with her husband and son.
